Use and storage

Saffron is a universal spice. Used for various dishes, cakes, teas and other beverages. Dry saffron stigmas can be added directly by first grinding. Another option is to soak 3 to 6 saffron threads in 50-100 ml. warm liquid (water, milk or broth). The liquid is then added to the dish.

Store in a closed, cool, dry and well- ventilated place at 5˚C-25˚C.

It is recommended that saffron be stored in a glass jar with an airtight seal so that the rich aroma and specific taste can be well preserved.
